Primo Baloyi (born 11 July 1993) is a South African internet personality, content creator, and actor. He is the son of soccer legend Lucas Radebe.
Baloyi was a promising footballer and played for Bidvest Wits and Mpumalanga Black Aces. He played the role of Senokoane in Season 2 of the 1Magic telenovela Lingashoni (2022–2023).

Early Life
Ofentse “Primo” Baloyi was born on 11 July 1993, in Hammanskraal, north of Pretoria, to football legend Lucas Radebe.
Growing up, he did not have a close relationship during his childhood, while his father was playing internationally. He later only formed a strong bond with his father. He emulated his father and wanted to be a football player because of him.
Education
Primo attended Monash University after high school to study economics. He later dropped out and enrolled to study strategic management at Varsity College, but didn’t complete the course.
He later studied for a diploma in brand marketing and communication at Vega School Johannesburg.
Career
Primo wanted to follow in his father’s footsteps. He played for PSL teams Mpumalanga Black Aces and Bidvest Wits after matriculating in 2011. He switched to entertainment after suffering a series of injuries.
In 2018, Baloyi retired as a footballer at 25; his father suggested that he take up coaching. He started coaching a young squad of kids. He took up dancing and acting in high school to get recognized.
Primo worked as a bookkeeper for a couple of months. When the country went into a lockdown, his content creation took full force. He launched his public career on social media during the COVID-19 lockdown.
As an actor, Primo Baloyi has also appeared in television shows. He played Veli in Mzansi Magic drama series Code 13 and Senokoane in the 1Magic telenovela Lingashoni (2022–2023). He is also a dancer, earning his nickname as a krump dancer.
Primo received the People’s Choice of the Year Award at the GQ Magazine Awards in 2024. He has worked with top brands such as Vodacom and Dove Men+Care.
Personal Life
His family has deep roots in South African soccer that extend beyond his father. His grandmother used to own a soccer team, and his uncles, his father’s older brothers, were also players.
