Linda Sibiya (born 17 July 1974) is a South African DJ, radio and television producer, and entrepreneur. He is best known as a host on the national radio station Ukhozi FM.
The veteran radio was a voice that millions of listeners woke up to on Ukhozi FM. He hosted the SABC2 religious music programme Gospel Classics (2011-2012). He also hosted the talk show Sifun’ukwazi in 2013.

Early Life
Linda Sibiya was born on 17 July 1974 in Eshowe, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. His father had four wives and worked as a security guard. He has 32 siblings.
Sibiya discovered his love for radio in high school. He would imitate radio personalities.
Education
Linda completed his matric. He couldn’t further because his family couldn’t afford to send him to a tertiary institution. In 1993, he took a course in TV and radio technicalities and performance.
Career
Sibiya started as a security guard. But after working for two years, he saw an ad in Sowetan calling for aspiring TV and radio talent. He had responded to an advert for a resident DJ vacancy in a club in Carletonville. He got the job but was fired the next day.
In 1995, Linda made his way to Radio Maritzburg community station. He was given a 30-minute slot to play music from noon. Instead, he gave them a one-hour demo. The then station manager, Zamambo Mkhize, said they liked his voice and would call him.
In 1996, the acting station manager, PV Zulu, called him to host the Midnight to 5 AM show.
Apart from radio, Sibiya is a television personality and actor. He presented Ezodumo with Puleng Thulo from 2003 to 2006. He made his debut in the film Uhlanga the Mark.
Sibiya was also the host of the SABC2 religious music programme Gospel Classics (2011-2012). He became the host of Mzansi Wethu talk show Sifun’ukwazi in 2013. He led debates on topical issues and people.
Sibiya spent 17 years at UkhoziFM hosting the midnight show. He also moved to prime time slots, breakfast, and afternoon drive, but was fired in 2014 after allegations of fraud.
He presented reality show Umshado Unzima on Moja LOVE in 2022 and presented the breakfast show on Vuma FM. In 2023, he joined the EFF in KwaZulu-Natal.
In 2025, Sibiya was on the Vuka Mzansi Breakfast show to advertise his institution, Magic Broadcasting Academy. He has announced his podcast, Linda Sibiya Podcast.
Personal Life
In 2015, News24 reported that Linda Sibiya had moved out of the home that he shared with his first wife. He was already building a home in KwaZulu-Natal for his fiancée.
