Thobile Khumalo Mseleku (born 21 February 1989), also known as MaKhumalo, is a reality TV star, businesswoman, and radio personality. She is best known for her role in the polygamous reality series Uthando Nes’thembu.
MaKhumalo appeared on the second season of The Real Housewives of Durban. She also co-hosts the show Ezomshado, alongside co-wife MaCele. She is also a radio personality on Vuma FM.

Early Life
Thobile Khumalo Mseleku was born on 21 February 1989 in KwaMadlala, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. Growing up, she wanted to be a soccer player.
Career
MaKhumalo appears on Uthando Nes’thembu alongside her co-wives and her husband. The show premiered on Mzansi Magic in 2017.
She made her debut on the Showmax series The Real Housewives of Durban in 2022. She appeared in season two alongside other new wives, Londie London and Jojo Robinson.
Aside from being a reality TV star, MaKhumalo has worked in many fields, including the family business and the media.
She is a radio personality on Vuma FM, a motivational speaker, and a businesswoman. She is also a cast member of Igumbi Lamakhosikazi with her sister wives.
MaKhumalo was honored at the 2025 Africa Stars Gala for “Most Inspiring and Influential Woman” and “Excellence in Media & Broadcasting.”
Personal Life
MaKhumalo Mseleku is married to businessman Musa Mseleku. They had a traditional Umembeso ceremony in October 2021.
She was very young and was on her way to school when she first met Mseleku. When she turned 18, his intentions began to make sense to her, and they started dating. She does not have biological children but has raised Mpiloenhle “Mpilo” Mseleku as her own.
